1. Who we are

funspinslounge.com(“the site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by AUXILIUM FINANCEMENT (company no. 989 690 862), 14 chemin de la Garette, 41400 Monthou-sur-Cher, France, VAT FR83989690862. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this service is

Fun Spins Lounge is a social casino: a free entertainment service offering slot-style games played with virtual coins.

3. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use Fun Spins Lounge. We ask you to confirm this when you first arrive and again when you register. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account holder is under 18, we will close the account and delete the data held on it. If you are a parent or guardian who believes a minor has registered, write to [email protected] and we will deal with it promptly.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Give accurate registration details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• You may play as a guest without registering, but guest sessions are not saved and no balance is kept.
• You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Closure deletes the account and the coin balance attached to it; neither can be recovered afterwards.

5. Virtual coins

New accounts receive 10,000 coins, and 5,000 more may be collected once per calendar day (UTC). Coins are a scorekeeping device that we license to you, revocably and without charge, for use on this site alone. We may adjust, reset or withdraw balances — for example to correct a fault or to respond to abuse — and doing so causes you no financial loss, because coins have no value. Coins expire when an account is closed.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation or emulators, or otherwise interfere with how the games run;
• exploit a bug or pricing error rather than reporting it to us;
• attempt to sell, buy, advertise or broker coins or accounts — anybody offering to do so is defrauding you;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules, with notice where it is practical to give it.

7. Third-party games

The games are supplied by third-party providers and load inside a frame from the provider’s own systems in demonstration mode. Any credits, balances or “wins” displayed within a game window belong to that demonstration and are simulated: they are not our coins, they are not money, and they cannot be claimed. Game names, artwork and trade marks belong to their respective owners; we make no claim to them.

8. No guarantees

The site is provided “as is” and free of charge. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or entirely free of faults, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including individual games and the site as a whole — at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and because the service is free and involves no money, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of coins, loss of data, or loss of profits or opportunity arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to €100.

10. Responsible play

These games imitate the look of real-money gambling, and doing well here is no indication that you would do well with real stakes. Please read our responsible play guidance, which includes independent sources of help.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it last changed. If a change is significant we will flag it on the site. Continuing to use Fun Spins Lounge after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of France, and the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
