Privacy Policy
We collect very little, because a free site with no payments has very little reason to. Here is the whole picture.

1. Who is responsible
AUXILIUM FINANCEMENT (company no. 989 690 862), 14 chemin de la Garette, 41400 Monthou-sur-Cher, France, is the data controller for personal data processed through funspinslounge.com. Reach us at [email protected] for anything in this policy, including privacy requests.
The short version
An account needs a username, an email address and a password. We never ask for your real name, date of birth beyond a yes/no age confirmation, address, or payment details — there is nothing to pay for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
2. What we collect
If you register
- Username — shown to you in the interface and used to log in.
- Email address — used to identify the account and to contact you about it.
- Password — stored only as a scrypt hash with a random salt. We cannot read it and cannot tell you what it is.
- Coin balance, last bonus date and sign-up date — the state of your play.
If you only browse or play as a guest
- A local age-confirmation flag stored in your browser, so the age gate does not reappear every page. This never reaches our servers.
- Standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer and user agent, recorded by our web server for security and diagnostics.
What we never collect
- Payment cards, bank details or billing addresses.
- Government identity documents.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking profiles. There are no ad networks, pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To run your account — logging you in, keeping your balance, applying the daily top-up. Basis: performance of our terms of use with you.
- To keep the site secure and working — server logs, abuse and fraud prevention, fault diagnosis. Basis: our legitimate interest in a stable, unabused service.
- To enforce the 18+ restriction — the age gate and registration confirmation. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping minors off a gambling-styled service, and our legal obligations.
- To answer your messages — correspondence you send us. Basis: legitimate interest in responding to you.
4. Cookies and local storage
We set one cookie, and only after you log in: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The age-confirmation flag is browser local storage, not a cookie. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.
5. Games and third parties
Games load in a frame served by the game provider. When a game opens, your browser connects to the provider directly, which means the provider can see your IP address, browser details and the fact that you loaded that game, and may set its own cookies within its frame. That processing happens under the provider’s own privacy policy, not ours. We pass no personal data to them: no username, no email, no account identifier.
Our other processors are limited to the hosting provider that runs the server. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.
6. Where data is held
Account data sits in a database on our own server inside our hosting provider’s infrastructure. Where any transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, it is covered by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as the account exists, and deleted when you close it.
- Dormant accounts — we may delete accounts inactive for 24 months, after an email warning where we can send one.
- Server logs — typically 30 days, longer only where a specific security investigation requires it.
- Emails you send us — up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with scrypt and a per-user salt. Session cookies are HTTP-only, secure and signed with a server-side key, so they cannot be read or forged by a script in your browser. Access to the server is restricted to named administrators. No system is perfect, but as we hold no payment data and no identity documents, the consequences of a breach here are limited by design.
9. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our processing of it, or provide it in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL at cnil.fr. We would rather you came to us first.
Send requests from the email address on the account to [email protected]. We respond within one month.
10. Children
Fun Spins Lounge is not for under-18s and we do not knowingly hold data about them. If you believe we do, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
Updates appear on this page with a revised date at the top. Material changes will be signposted on the site.
